What You Can Expect During The Challenge
(5) 1-Hour sessions over 5 days
From Tues-Fri evening at 5pm MST and final session being on Sat morning @ 8am MST you will join us and a small group of your peers for interactive and highly engaging sessions. Content and stories are great, but practicing and getting live feedback and coaching is 100x better.
Live feedback and engagement
We don't just expect you to sit there in silence, take notes and hope for the best. These are small (10 max) interactive group sessions where we challenge your perspectives, provide live feedback, both from us, and your peers. This is about increasing your vision and strategic thinking, and that requires active and live feedback,

1-1 Strategy Audit
After the 5 days we don't just leave you to go and figure it all out on your own. We do a 1-1 strategy audit with you and a business strategy expert from our team. We look at your Strategy Core you developed over the 5 day challenge, refine it, make it as specific as possible for your business, and set you on a clear path to achieve greater results.

What if I need further support help once the challenge is over?
We have options on how we can further support you. From hands-on partnerships to additional advisory sessions.
How much of a time commitment is this challenge?
The live sessions are 1 hour per day for 5 days. Tuesday-Friday evening then an hour Saturday morning for the final sessions. Homework generally takes between 30-60 minutes, however this depends how much effort and importance you put on this work.
To be honest, the time investment compared to the outcome is WELL worth it. Developing a clear strategy and focus for you and your business is well worth most time investments.
